Babies

From six weeks to two years old

We know how hard it can be to spend time away from your baby, so we have created a home away from home for your little person.

You can be sure your baby is in safe, caring and qualified hands with our experienced staff, and is getting the best of both sleep and play time.

Our on-site kitchen prepares nutritious and tasty meals, using local produce when it is available. We provide five meals a day – breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and supper – to meet the needs of those who require long daycare.

We are also believers in the importance of play and encouraging your baby’s journey of discovery. At Li’l Achievers, your baby can grow and develop in the company of their first friends, under the careful guidance of our staff, and be ready to come home to you with a smile.

We believe in open communication with our families, and want your child to feel at home, so are always happy to discuss the needs and interests of your baby.

Li’l Achievers can provide a smooth path for your child all the way from six weeks through to their first year at school.

Toddlers

From two to three years old

This is an exciting time for both your child and yourself. There is so much to learn and so much to discover in the world around them – from language to emotions, to a love of music and movement.

Li’l Achievers is here to help your child not only in their journey of discovery, but to have fun.

Our Li’l Achievers family will talk to you about your child’s likes and interests, and introduce them to some wonderful lifetime lessons – the joy of watching a plant grow, the fun of games – both indoor and outdoor, the magic of books, the creativity of art and craft.

They can enjoy good food prepared in our own kitchen with menus designed with the help of a nutritionist.

Our caring and qualified staff will help guide your child through this wonderful time in their life in an environment that feels like home.

Junior Preschool

From three to four years old

Our junior preschool program takes everything a three-to-four year old loves and makes it part of their learning adventure.

Every child is unique, and in the family environment of Li’l Achievers, their early childhood education is nurtured by our caring and professional staff. Our Centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework to guide our programming and planning for children’s learning. We work as a team with our families to strive towards achieving your child’s individual learning outcomes.

And it is fun! Our junior preschoolers learn so many skills through play. They spend time helping in the vegetable and herb garden, where the produce goes towards the healthy meals prepared in the Li’l Achievers kitchen. The children spend their colourful days learning about sharing and making friends through games and activities, language through books, songs and rhymes, creativity through different fun art and craft activities, and movement through outdoor time together.

Li’l Achievers creates a place just like home, where children can learn, grow and have fun in a safe and secure environment.

Preschool

From four to five years old

Wow! It’s time for the school-readiness program. We are here to make this important transition fun and exciting for your four-to-five year old.

Our Preschool Curriculum has been specifically designed here by our educators, liaising with local primary schools and meeting the criteria of ACECQA guidelines, to ensure your child will be meeting all needed requirements for an easy transition into kindergarten.

At Li’l Achievers, your preschooler will further their journey of learning to think and wonder, they will develop their language skills and their social skills. Our program, under the guidance of our qualified and caring staff, will prepare your child for their first year of school – and the years beyond.

We work with our families to help children explore their individual potential and to get excited about their own education adventure. Our Centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework to guide our programming and planning for children’s learning, and ensures children are working towards the same overall learning outcomes.

As in all other areas of Li’l Achievers, we create a family atmosphere to bring out the best in your child.
